Additional 2 stories

there was a girl I saw when I was in middle school where I actually had a love at first site moment and wanted to date her or at least just ask her out. Even if she was to say no I would of been happy that I at least tried.
In This story me and my friends all play games together and we always come across people that think they can beat us, we end up just decimating them in the game.

story time x 3

With this first story I ended up asking my friend if he wanted to hang out in the morning and he only saw the text at the same time but at night and he thought I was still trying to plan things.
There is not much needed to say about this story, I always end up finding creepy crawlies at the worst times.
With this quarantine, I spend all day sitting at my computer doing nothing basically.

Chapter 4 Summary + Relation to future career

Chapter four's title is "Building a Collaborative Culture" and in this chapter, it talks about trust and building relationships. While reading I kept thinking of teachers as the topic and helped me understand it as I was going through it. It starts off saying that you should put relationships first and as I stated I put teachers as the topic and when I thought about it if you have a class where the teacher does not just read off slides but actually tries to engage students and make it fun, majority of students will end up doing better because of the better relationship they have with the teacher compared to a teacher that just reads slides and hands out worksheets. Next, the chapter talks about is trust. Continuing with the trend of teachers, if they can build trust between students there will be more who ask for help, more who open up about their problems and overall can have the teacher do as much as they can to help. Most teachers will want their students to succeed, many do it just so they don't get fired. Students can really feel when the teacher cares and is trying to be a good teacher. My best class I ever had was a teacher that was both building great relationships with the whole class and a very trustworthy teacher.
Now, if I was to relate this to my future career of being an Orthodontist I would definitely try to do both of these. I want to build a great relationship with my patients and even my co-workers. Having a good relationship will lead to your name being spread around and having a happier patient. I have had Doctors that I did not like and they clearly did not try to build a better relationship and therefore we stopped going to them and their name was spread about negatively. Also. building trust with your patients and co-workers. If you have someone's trust they will speak up more and feel more comfortable around you. Trust and relationship to me coincide with one another since if you build a good relationship you begin to gain their trust and vice versa.
